LONDON: MJ Hudson, the specialist service provider to the asset management industry, today announces the acquisition of Guernsey fund administrator Saffery Champness Fund Services Limited (“SCFS”). Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
