MJ Hudson collaborates with Investec Fund Finance to produce 2017/18 GP Trends Report
The latest edition of Investec Fund Finance’s GP Trends Report, created in collaboration with MJ Hudson’s IR & Marketing team, has been released, finding that 90% of private equity professionals are at least as happy in their careers as they were 12 months ago.
The research for the report, conducted in conjunction with MJ Hudson, includes opinion and insights from 292 private equity professionals, supplemented by longer-form commentary from the Investec Fund Finance team, and LPs and GPs from a range of firms across the globe.
As well as returning to subjects such as career satisfaction and long term goals (in this edition comparing male and female career happiness) the report covers anticipated fundraising activity, succession issues, GP fund commitments, selling GP stakes and more.
Matthew Craig-Greene, Managing Director of MJ Hudson’s IR and Fundraising practice said:
“We are delighted to have captured the views of so many private equity professionals in this latest edition of GP Trends, the market’s go-to report for insights into the private equity fund management community. The report shows that, despite increasing pressure from LPs and regulators, there is cause for optimism for GPs”.
