NS Partners has chosen MJ Hudson’s RiskMonitor platform to provide an efficient and customisable Liquidity Stress Testing solution.
The collaboration between NS Partners and MJ Hudson enables independent stress testing and enhanced liquidity risk oversight via the RiskMonitor Liquidity solution which tests whether funds can satisfy redemption terms based on multiple stress and redemption scenarios. The sophisticated platform handles complex underlying assets and delivers board friendly reporting to support compliance with regulations and internal governance requirements.
"Our RiskMonitor platform is well designed to facilitate streamlined onboarding of multiple funds and we were delighted to find a solution for NS Partners that satisfied regulatory needs while enhancing transparency and insight. Given the volume of funds, the solution provides a significant time saving as well as scope for personalisation and added analysis compared with an in-house solution. The ESMA guidelines are principal based which brings subjectivity to an appropriate solution, so the ability to change redemption scenarios and approaches via our RiskMonitor platform is also a big advantage when looking at Liquidity Stress Testing" said Chiara Beebe, Vice President - Client Success of the Quantitative Solutions team at MJ Hudson.

The quality of the tailored reports provided, in terms of content and data feeding process, is top level. We are pleased that MJ Hudson continue to develop this solution to meet our evolving requirements.
