MJ Hudson advised a specialist solar investment and asset manager on a £65,000,000 secured loan facility with an international bank for the financing of two UK ground mounted solar park projects (one of which at the time of signing, was the largest solar farm in the UK to date) and the related acquisition of three project companies.
