Background
MJ Hudson advised on the establishment of Volpi Capital Investments II SCSp, surpassing its €300mn target. The fund focuses on investing in European based information and tech-enabled services companies. Volpi received backing from both European and US institutional investors including insurance companies, pension funds and fund of funds. This follows the success of Volpi’s maiden fund, Volpi Capital Investments L.P., which achieved its hard cap of €185m.
