Andrew is the Director of Corporate development at MJ Hudson. His role covers capital markets, mergers and acquisitions for the group as well as being the company´s investor relations officer.
He joined after working as a consultant on MJ Hudson IPO and pre IPO funding rounds.
Experience
Andrew has over 30 years experience in investment banking, working in corporate finance in an investment funds team, corporate broking and as a rated analyst in equity research. Prior to MJ Hudson, Andrew worked as a consultant helping growth companies raise capital, make acquisitions and achieve transformative growth.

• Degree in Mathematics, University of St Andrews.
