Meet David
David is a Director in the AIFM & ManCo services team in Dublin. He established Bridge Consulting in 2005, which was later acquired by MJ Hudson.
David is a director of a number of Irish based investment and fund management companies. He also chairs the BFML Pricing and Operations Committee.
Experience
David has served as a member of a number of committees and sub-committees established by the Irish Law Society relating to commercial and financial services law.
He is a former Chairman of the investment funds committee (Committee I) of the International Bar Association, past Chairman and sitting member of the government’s IFSC Funds Working Group and a former member of the IFSC’s Clearing House Group. He was also member of the Certified Accountant Accounts Awards Committee.
He worked with the Japanese law firm of Hamada and Matsumoto (now Mori Hamada and Matsumoto) in Tokyo and was a founding partner of Dillon Eustace Solicitors a foremost firm in financial services
