Meet Femke
Femke is a Director of the ESG & sustainability team in Amsterdam. In her role, Femke is responsible for a range of client projects, usually focusing on company managements of their current ESG performance and formulation of strategic improvement plans.
In addition, Femke is responsible for talent management of the ESG & sustainability team.
Experience
Femke has 15+ years advisory experience in the corporate and nonprofit sector with area of expertise of transition & growth strategies, has led a wide range of engagements, and has deep expertise in leading workshops and people & change management, on both board level as well as with mid-level management.
She previously served as Director of Innovation at the science division of RELX, the global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers.

Interests
Femke adores the tiny houses self-sufficient living movement, that helps us to go back to nature and our inner person. Besides that she likes many outdoor sports such as running, tennis, hiking and surfing.
