Hannah is a Trainee Solicitor currently undertaking her third seat in the Corporate team, having also worked with the Private funds team.
Experience
Prior to commencing her law conversion, Hannah spent a year working in the Singapore & Malaysia office of the leading social entrepreneurship NGO Ashoka. She then joined MJ Hudson in September 2020 after completing a vacation scheme at the firm in 2019.

- MA (Hons) International Relations, University of St Andrews
- GDL (Commendation) & LPC (Distinction), University of Law

Reviewing and negotiating primary investment funds

- assisted in advising several fund managers on the formation of new investment funds
- advised institutional investors on primary investments in private funds
Interests
Hannah enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She loves to stay active and is an avid skier, equestrian, and yogi.
