Meet Jordan
Jordan is a Funds Lawyer who advises on a broad range of transactions relating to private investment funds including co-investments, carried interest arrangements and GP/fund restructurings.
Jordan also represents fund sponsors in connection with the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds across all alternative investment strategies and institutional investors making investments into private investment funds. He also has experience in the establishment and operation of offshore private equity and hedge funds. He joined MJ Hudson in 2021 from Carey Olsen, Jersey, where he was previously based.
Experience
Prior to MJ Hudson, Jordan worked in investment funds at both Carey Olsen in Jersey and at Stuarts Walker Hersant Humphries in the Cayman Islands.

Jordan is a keen footballer and mountaineer having completed two out of seven of the worlds seven summits. He also likes to write fiction and is currently learning Arabic.
