Meet Martin
Martin has more than 27 years' experience in the offshore finance industry in Guernsey, working within the fund administration sector.
His current role sees him head up the team responsible for registration and dealing of large and complex open-ended funds, including overseeing the collection and sign off of due diligence, checking and authorising of investor transactions and payments and investor relationships. He sits on the Guernsey fund company board and various internal committees and has been a leading figure within the company since joining 6 years ago.
Experience
Before moving to MJ Hudson, Martin worked at a large international fund administrator, where he was instrumental in converting their transfer agency system to a new platform whilst managing large teams and maintaining a high level of service.
Martin has also previously worked for a large private equity administrator and has a vast knowledge of all fund structures.
