London-based asset management consultancy, MJ Hudson, has contracted to acquire the Jersey administrator, Anglo Saxon Trust, subject to regulatory approval by Jersey Financial Services Commission and certain other conditions.

The firm also provides innovative tools and related consulting services in the field of FX transaction cost analysis.
