What we do
Appointed as your Company Secretary
We can be listed on the Public Register as the Company Secretary for your company. This allows administrative queries to be directed at us, as well as allowing us to sign off on certain filings, rather than Directors having to do this. This will help to further reduce any administrative burden on Directors.
Appointment of Directors
We can assist with the appointment and resignation of directors, including filings at the registrar. All appointments need to properly documented and processed.
Attend, minute and organise board meetings
We can act as company secretary for your board meetings. This includes collation and distribution of board packs, minuting, and any post meeting work as required (including any corporate filings and circulation of actions points).
Bookkeeping
We will record and store financial transactions your business incurs. We will have all of your bookkeeping history to hand in the event that you require them.
Company creation

Maintain your statutory registers
Under the Companies Act, you are required to keep up-to-date statutory registers and have them readily available for inspection. We can maintain your registers and store them electronically, ready for when you need them. We will update and file the records held by Companies House (including Confirmation Statement and Annual Report and Accounts filings).
Marketing services
We provide a range of marketing services that help you tell your story in an impactful way. Our team can: establish, strengthen and reinvigorate your brand; create marketing materials; as well as plan and execute cutting edge digital campaigns.
Occasional use of our office
We reside in a newly renovated 17,000 square foot, 5-story town house less than a minutes’ walk from Bank station. You can have use of our office, with a range of impressive meeting rooms, for use such as board meetings or important client meetings.
Registered office and mail forwarding
Use our address as the registered office that government bodies, other agencies and businesses can use to send official communications. We will organise and forward on mail to you.
VAT registration & filings
We can help you register for VAT and work with you to ensure filings deadlines are met.
