Igor Rozenblit spent nearly his entire career in the private equity.  After graduating from the University of Michigan with a Computer Science degree, he worked for 3 years at Deloitte before attending The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business where he received his MBA.  

Igor is a leading expert in financial regulation who helped shape the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s regulatory approach to the private capital markets. Igor focuses on helping clients successfully navigate a broad range of challenges stemming from regulatory examinations, investigations, litigation, disputes and other crisis scenarios.

Recently, Igor launched Iron Road Partners, a regulatory consulting firm, based in New York, focused on the private markets. Iron Road’s mission is to leverage its industry expertise to provide more insightful regulatory, risk and governance services to clients in the private markets.
